Condition
This work is in good condition overall. The canvas is unlined. There are faint impressions from the stretcher evident. There is scattered surface soiling and a few noted accretions, particularly at the lower center of the composition. There is some wear to the pigment along the turning edges. Under very close inspection, three very fine hairline cuts in the canvas are noted in the center band of the composition, each measuring roughly 3/8 inch in length. Under Ultraviolet light inspection there are a few linear areas that fluoresce darkly along the center but do not appear to be restoration. Framed.
