explaining that his wife Jessie has been unable to trace a former housekeeper, and on their health, the second to "Dear Sir", informing the recipient on behalf of his wife that she has been "unable to trace the housekeeper in whose care Mr and Mrs Retinger left some of their things", 6 pages, 8vo, headed stationery of Oswalds, Bishopsbourne, Kent, both letters dated 3 April 1920, with one autograph envelope, slight ink smudging, punch holes to one letter
