Condition

Overall very good condition. When viewed in person the color of the vase is richer black hue than the presentation in the print catalogue. The surface with a few minor irregularities, including minute burst air bubbles. The exterior of the bowl with some areas of sensitively undertaken restoration and an area of surface irregularity that presents slightly bumpy to the touch, possibly an area of restoration. The interior of the vase with a minute burst air bubble with an adjacent glaze fleck. A nice scale example of Jouve's design.
