Condition

This toned mediobrome print is on stiff, double-weight paper with a smooth surface and slight sheen. It is in generally excellent condition. There is a tack-hole at the tip of the lower left corner of the image. The thin black margins and corners are lightly worn. There is graphite rubbing and soiling on the reverse of the print. The following is written in pencil on the reverse: 'Je certifie que ce tableau a été realisé par mon grand-pere Leonard Missone' [and signed 'P. Missone'] 'Mediobrome "La liniere [sic] du bois" vers 1935, titre en haut a droite par L. Misonne' [in an unidentified hand] 'Mediobrome' [in an unidentified hand] 'Coll. N.C.'
