Overall in very good condition. Leather in good condition, with some minor surface scratches and surface dirt to the recessed areas, consistent with age and gentle use. The stacks to the outer edge are patinated with small areas of wear to the outerpoint of each. The leather is slightly separating from the frame at the center of the lower edge, approximately along 1 inch. Some scratching and imperfections to the mirror, consistent with age and normal use, none of them are too distracting. A functional piece of dynamic design.
