Condition
Fair condition; the chair appears to retain the majority of its original decoration with areas of inpainting throughout; repairs to armrests at joins with backrest; scuffs, small chips and wear to the carving and to the decoration primarily to the armrests, legs and feet; the footstool in fair condition; extensive losses to the original decoration with areas of inpainting; both pieces are sturdy.
