Condition
As visible in the catalogue and website illustration the upper and lower rim of each planters is bent due to the malleability of the lead. Each planters have four small holes to their bottom for water drainage. A pair was previously decorated with a reddish terra cotta like paint. The paint has now disappeared to most of the surface. The planter illustrated in the background shows the former decorated surface.
