- length 3 1/2 in.
- 8.9 cm
the exterior of the cover painted in a Kakiemon palette with flowering branches issuing from a banded hedge, the interior with two butterflies, indistinct discharge mark, probably for Paris, 1738-44.
Condition
Some wear to the glaze and enamels of the exterior of the cover and several very minor small spots of wear to the fish.. Otherwise in generally good condition.
