Condition
The green enamel of his jacket is misfired in places; some typical chips and losses to the applied flowers and leaves; some minor wear to the black enamel; one end of the ribbon on his shoulder chipped; the tip of the pinky of his right hand has a tiny chip, possibly factory-related.
