decorated in enamels and gilding with Masonic symbols and inscribed on the underside Brother Joseph Elliott.
Condition
Good condition. The sky blue enamel on the interior has partly oxidized to a pale grey color and there is some rubbing to the gilding on the rim and columns on the interior.
