engraved IMPERIAL STANDARD HALF BUSHEL/COUNTY OF GLOUCESTER 1824/BATE, LONDON/MAKER OF THE EXCHEQUER STANDARDS.
Condition
Both in good condition of solid brass and very heavy. The bussell is tarnished and with wear to extremities. Variously marked with later control marks. The half bussell is less tarnished and more polished with dents and wear to extremities. The wood handles with ages cracks and chips. Variously stamped with later control marks. Both are solid and sturdy.
