Condition

Appears to be in good and stable condition. Cleaning was done by Mrs. Halpert, owner of the American Art/Downtown Gallery and is noted on the gallery label on the back. There is some slight crazing of the paint on the little hand-painted decorative device on the front. Other elements are stenciled, not painted.
