the cover with a snail knop, KPM eagle mark in underglaze-blue.
Condition
The cover is in good condition. The tureen has been cleanly broken into two and restored back; there is an associated restored 1-inch chip at the flange, at one end of the broken point. There is also a further tiny chip to the high point of one vein on the side.
