II: 5 engraved pages, 4 printed pages of catalogue inserted and 27 plates, including 10 folding plates (numbered 2-6, 1-6, 1-6, 1-10); vol. III: 4 engraved pages, 4 printed pages of catalogue inserted and 37 folding plates (numbered 1-6 (missing plate 3), 6 unnumbered, 1-6, 1-6, 1-6, 1-6, 2 unnumbered); vol. VI: 4 engraved pages, 4 printed pages of catalogue inserted and 12 folding plates (first plate unnumbered, 2-12/13, plates 12 and 13 in one).
