In overall good condition and ready to hang. Fouquet (The Chocolate Shop): Not examined out of the frame. The surface is in generally good condition aside from minor surface dirt and dust. Under UV light, no apparent inpainting visible. In overall good condition and ready to hang. Provincetown Houses: Two works framed together. Not examined out of the frame. Each sheet mounted such that edges are visible in current framing. Surface dirt and rippling. In overall good condition and ready to hang.
