comprising three watering cans, two bentwood pitch forks, four pruning shears, a hoe, nine umbrellas, three shovels, three walking sticks, a bamboo walking stick concealing a saw, and a French flag. 27 pieces.

Condition

Flag with dirt, stains, tears, and holes. Canes: carved horse finial: rubbing, scratches, dents, stamped 40; naturalistic wood one: old wood worm to top, with rubbing; Bone finial: Finial with loose chips secured with one nail, recommend securing, further cracks, abrasions, minor chips, the shaft with remnants of a plastic label; one with saw attachment: with rubbing and some staining, oxidation to metal elements. Umbrellas: one with duck handle: fading and staining to cover, one with globular handle: some sun fading and staining to cover; one with globular handle: cover with a tear and detailed from one tip; grey patterned one: not functional with two stretchers broken; small blue one with bamboo handle: cover with sun fading and stains; light blue one: tears to the cover right under the cap; one tip with tear to cover and resewn on; striped one: with sun fading and stains; New York Botanical umbrella: generally good condition. Shafts of all umbrellas and canes with usual scratches and dents consistent with use. Pitchforks: rubbing consistent with use and age, very minor worm damage to one. Shovels: one with an inscription to metal at handle, oxidation, rubbing and surface dirt to metal on all; rubbing and wear to wood; one with metal tip with losses and extensive old worm damage Pruning shears: wear consistent with conventional use Hoe: rubbing and usual wear consistent with conventional use Small shears: light usual wear consistent with conventional use Watering cans: Oxidation, dents, and usual wear consistent with conventional use
