each piece painted with scattered cornflowers, comprising: two small oval tureens and covers, a 16 1/4-inch circular platter, two 13 3/4-inch circular platters, two 18 1/8-inch oval platters, five 16 1/8-inch oval platters, a 15-inch oval platter, three 13 3/8-inch oval platters, three 11 3/8-inch oval platters, ten circular shallow dishes in four sizes, two large oval deep dishes, three square shaped dishes, two small oval dishes, two circular strainer dishes, two sauce tureens and covers, four sauceboats, three large dinner plates, forty-three dinner plates, twenty-one shallow dinner plates, three circular mazarines and a ladle, some with spurious interlaced Cs marks. 119 pieces.
Condition
Please note that there are three 16 1/8-inch oval platters and two 14 3/4-inch oval platters, as opposed to five 16 1/8-inch oval platters as stated in the catalogue.
There is overall some very minor and occasional crazing and very minor occasional glaze chips to the rim edges.
All in generally good condition, except:
Two small oval tureens: both tureens have an approximate 4-inch restored area at the footrim.
16 1/8-inch oval platters: One with very few and very minor glaze chips to the rim edge.
14 3/4-inch oval platters: One with a 1/2-inch rim chip to the underside of the rim. Another with very few and minuscule glaze chips to the rim edge.
13 3/8-inch oval platters: One with some minor chipping to the glaze along the rim edge.
Circular shallow dishes in four sizes: One has restoration to the rim edge, covering halfway around its circumference; one with a 3-inch haircrack running down from the rim.
Sauce tureens and covers: One has a haircrack running all the way around the footrim. One cover has a 1 1/2-inch restored area at the rim.
Sauceboats: One has a small restored chip to the foot.
Dinner plates: one with a restored 2-inch haircrack; one with a 1-inch restored rim chip. Another has a misfired area at the rim edge measuring approximately 2 by 1 inches. One has an approximate 3-inch haircrack, One with a restored 1/4-inch flatchip to the underside of the rim.
Twenty-one shallow dinner plates: one is broken into multiple pieces; the pieces are retained. One has a 1-inch flat chip to the rim edge.
Circular mazarines: One has a restored 1-inch chip to the rim edge.
