Condition
With scattered age and construction cracks, dents and abrasions, all consistent with age and use. Redecorated, paint now with scattered losses, rubbing and surface dirt. Top molding probably later. Scattered old worm damage resulting in some losses to wood at edges and corners. Interior refitted. Loss to molding on one door. In overall sound condition
