each painted in the center with a bundle of peapods or asparagus on the gilt-striped ground within a border decorated with a bowtied ribbon, crowned CT marks in underglaze-blue and incised B2.
Condition
Both with some stacking wear to the cavetto area, corresponding to wear to the gilt stripes or to the enamels of the peas or asparagus. The plate with the asparagus has three small areas at the rim, each measuring approximately 1- 2 inches, that has been restored and regilt; possibly covering rim chips. The plate with peas has two 1-inch restored areas at the rim. Otherwise in generally good condition.
