Condition

The larger jug (Humphreys and Mendoza): Some flaking to the enamels, particularly the green enamel; some minor chips to the foot; there is a forking S-shaped haircrack to the body, measuring approximately 3 inches; a small starcrack and a second starcrack extending into a forking haircrack in the area of the floral festoon one side, approximately 3 inches; and a small fine haircrack in the area of the boxer with the blue jacket. While the cracks are visible on the exterior, they are not overly disfiguring. The smaller jug (Spring and Langan): some very minor occasional flakes to the brown enamel; otherwise generally good condition.
