Condition
Oil on canvas, not lined. Surface in generally good condition, colors are fresh. Some surface dirty and dirty varnish. Scattered fine vertical craquelure visible throughout the picture plane. Some pigment separation visible in the lower left corner, particularly in the darks. Two minor areas of loss at lower left corner. There is a repaired tear that has been conserved with a corresponding patch on the reverse of the canvas. Under UV light; some scattered areas of inpainting visible.
