Condition
Oil on canvas, not lined. Canvas is thin and slack on the stretcher. Two parallel vertical lines of craqueleur extending from the top to bottom of canvas, possibly from previous stretcher bar. A small circular reinforcement visible on reverse of the canvas in the upper left hand corner, with no apparent associated inpainting. Surface in generally good condition, aside from a thin fine web of pigment separation visible in the center horizontal line of the picture. A few additional areas of scattered craqueleur and pigment separation. Under UV light; a few scattered areas of inpainting visible, most noticibly in the lower right hand corner.
