Condition

Oil on canvas, lined. Surface in generally good condition, aside form slightly flattened from lining and some mild abraiding from previous cleaning. Fine pressed craqueleur throughout. Stretcher bar mark visible about one half inch from edges of all four sides. A thick uneven varnish under UV light. Under UV light; repainting along aforementioned stretcher bar marks. A few spots of retouching along proper right cheek. Some retouching at the top of head and hair above proper left ear. A few other slight strengthening marks scattered throughout. An old thick green varnish.
