Condition
This work is in good condition. Canvas has a French glue lining. Although there is a yellow cast to the painting, much of this seems to be Utrillo's original glaze. Under UV light: a few scattered spots of an older generation of retouching are faintly visible in the sky at left and one spot is visible to the right of the tower near the tower's center. There is a small scratch that has been retouched in the roof of the tower in the upper center, otherwise fine.
