Condition
This work is in good condition. Executed on a thick burlap canvas, unlined. The surface layer is richly-textured and the pigments are bright and fresh. There is some hairline craquelure in the thickest areas of white impasto, mostly towards the lower corners. Some minor old frame abrasion to extreme perimeter and a small pinhole vicible towards center of left edge. Under UV light: some original pigments fluoresce. Scattered small spots of retouching visible in white pigment of the sky towards upper right corner & the snow in the foreground.
