Condition

This work is in good condition. The pigments are fresh and vibrant. The board is sound. Some minor frame rubbing visible along extreme perimeter. There are two small notches to the upper and lower edges of the board with associated small spots of lost medium. Some tiny pindot spots of paint loss visible in the gray pigment of building at upper right, in the light brown pigment at lower right and in the dark green at the foot of the tree. Under UV light: some strokes of in-painting to address old frame abrasion along lower edge, in lower right corner and at center right although the main image is untouched.
