Condition

This work is in fair condition. The lines remain strong but the sheet displays signs of age. Executed on beige laid paper, not laid down. The sheet is hinged to the mat at the top two corners. The Estate stamp is visible on the verso of the lower left corner. The edges of the sheet are slightly irregular with scattered small nicks and repaired tears, mostly hidden by the overmount. There is some light discoloration to the sheet and a faint old mat stain. There is a faint flattened crease across the middle of the composition and an artist's pinhole visible in lower right corner. Some faint spots of foxing and tiny repaired nicks scattered throughout the background of the composition.
