Condition
Apart from some extremely minor wear and light surface scratches in places, consistent with age and handling, this work is in overall very good condition.
It would appear that the artist has deliberately pierced the centre of the plate and this has resulted in a small associated crack which appears to be stable and which is only visible on the underside.
