Condition
The canvas has been wax lined. The surface is nicely textured and the thick impasto has generally been well preserved. There are a few very minor paint losses to the impasto of the central palm tree where the canvas has buckled slightly; there is craquelure to certain particularly thick areas of impasto where the pigment is slightly lifting. The work is in otherwise in overall good condition.
