Condition
The canvas is lined and the edges are reinforced with tape. UV examination reveals no signs of retouching. There is a pin-sized pigment loss at the centre of the extreme left edge. There is some faintly visible vertical striations, mostly to the lower left quadrant, which are inherent to the weave of the canvas and may have been accentuated by the laying down process. This work is in overall very good condition.
