Condition
The canvas has been lined. There are a few areas of craquelure along the lighter band of colour towards the left edge. UV examination reveals a few fines strokes of retouching, primarily to the outer edges to address previous frame abrasion, and in three places on the figure's face, each approximately 3cm. long. The work is in overall good condition.
