Condition

Oil on cradled panel, the panel is sound. There is a layer of varnish preventing the UV light from fully penetrating. However, UV examination does reveal an area of retouching to the upper left corner, intermittent spots along the upper edge, to the lower right corner, lower left corner and a few minor spots to the sky. The surface is highly textured and this work is in overall good condition.
