All functions including split seconds chronograph and the push pieces are in working order when cataloguing. Dial is clean and intact, in very good condition. Case with superficial surface scuffs, a hairline on the side of the top right lug and a very tiny nick to the rim of bezel 4 o'clock which is barely visible, very clean in general. Strong hallmark with no signs of polishing. Buckle with normal signs of use. The purchase date on certificate is dated November 2013, the watch is therefore still under warranty within a year. This is a rare and complicated timepiece. 5951機芯以CHR 27-525 PS 為基礎，原先為5959型號後又被新發行的5950行號所採用，本就是最薄的導柱輪控制雙秒追針計時機芯，增加的萬年曆結構模版也僅厚2.05 毫米。加上基礎機芯，總厚度只有7.3 毫米，從而令新款Ref. 5951P 成為百達翡麗最纖薄的飛返追針計時並具有萬年曆功能的腕表。

錶盤設計充滿當代運動感的嶄新風格，與品牌原本常見的經典設計大相逕庭，其不少於12項的功能顯示在大膽且反傳統的錶盤配置上依法清楚易讀。標準時間以葉狀白金指針和立體時標顯示。為了增加對比度，短時測量以紅色指針表示。方形錶殼設計複刻品牌於1920年代最早的追針計時錶款，極富裝飾藝術風格。
