The Patek Philippe Ref. 5134 was especially made for Swiss retailer Gübelin in 2004 to celebrate 150 years of collaboration between the two companies. Made in four versions totalling just 180 pieces, production was as follows:

- 45 pieces in white gold with blue dial
- 40 pieces in platinum with black dial
