Catalogue Note

The Ref. 5059G is a stunning example of Patek Philippe’s creative and mechanical brilliance all contained within one watch. It was launched in 1998 and not only survived in the market but thrived until its decommissioning in 2006. A major reason for its success is the knowledge that it is the first Patek Philippe watch produced since the legendary Ref. 2497 to feature sweeps seconds on a perpetual calendar.
