Movement is in working order while cataloguing. The dial is in good condition. Ref 3604 "Golden Circle", also named "television" was produced from  1971 to 1978. 
According to our research approximately fifteen REF 3604 in white gold were identified to the the market. This watch is only the second one known with a blue dial personlaized Beyer.
