Condition

Please note that the movement has not been checked for timekeeping accuracy and Sotheby's will not be held responsible for any repairs should they be require. The tourbillon movement is running well as the time of cataloguing. Dial in good condition. The case with light scuffs but overall in good condition.

Catalogue Note

This watch was awarded a class A certificate by the National Physical Laboratory, Teddington, Middlesex. It was prepared and submitted to the N.P.L.by John Francis Cole of Usher & Cole ten years after it was made. Usher & Cole were later sold to Camerer Cuss & Co in 1955. During the trial the watch was accredited as especially good in 1914, with a total of 86.9marks, passing with superior merit.
