Comprising three brooches and two pairs of earclips, the first brooch centering a mother-of-pearl backed glass intaglio within a gold frame set with nine pearls, the second brooch designed as a Maltese cross centering a mabé pearl; fitted with pendant loop; the third brooch centering a glass 'man in the moon' carving, framed by pearls and moonstones; together with a pair of earclips of similar design, centering glass 'man in the moon' carvings, framed by moonstones, the second pair of earclips centering mother-of-pearl backed glass intaglios, framed by pearls and sapphires; all pieces with maker's marks.

Condition

In good condition overall. FIRST BROOCH: In good condition. The intaglio intact with nice detail to the carving. The pearls are near-round to off-round, creamy white with soft rose and blue overtones, minor pitting and ringing to the skins, good luster. Minor discoloration to the gold. SECOND BROOCH: In good condition. The button shaped pearl with a creamy white body color and medium rose overtones, minor pitting and cracking to the skin, good luster. The textured gold with minor discoloration to the reverse, not visible when worn. THIRD BROOCH AND EARCLIPS: The glass with minor scratching. The moonstones with soft rose and blue adularescence. The near-round to off-round pearls with a creamy white body color and soft rose and green overtones, minor cracking and pitting to the skins. SECOND EARCLIPS: The intaglio is softly worn with minor pitting and scratching to the glass. The round to near-round pearls with a creamy-white body color and soft rose overtones, minor pitting and very good luster, the sapphire beads of decorative quality.
