The cushion-cut sapphire weighing 3.97 carats, flanked by two calf's head-shaped diamonds weighing approximately .55 carat, size 6.
Condition
In good condition. Very little to no wear to the mounting beyond very minute abrasions, commensurate with age. Sapphire displays a medium blue hue. Some color zoning evident upon close inspection. Abrading is visible to the facet junctions under a 10X loupe. Diamonds are approximately J-K color, VS clarity.
Accompanied by AGL report no. CS 61168 stating that the sapphire is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating. Accompanied by Laboratoire de Gemmologie report no. 182691 stating that the sapphire is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating.
