The necklace designed as a braided snake link, the geometric clasp set with three calibré-cut rubies, length 17 inches; together with a pair of two-color gold earclips of similar design, set with eight calibré-cut rubies; total gross weight approximately 119 dwts; circa 1940.
Condition
All pieces in good condition. NECKLACE: Gross weight approximately 95 dwts. Comfortable upon wear. The rubies are medium slightly purplish red and moderately included. EARCLIPS: The cabochon rubies are medium purplish red and moderately included. Designed with two sets of clips for greater security on ear. Gross weight approximately 24 dwts. Length approximately 1 1/2 inches.
