Centering a cabochon emerald weighing approximately 97.00 carats, framed by round diamonds weighing approximately 7.00 carats, further accented by 20 cabochon rubies, signed Webb; circa 1960.

Condition

In good condition. The cabochon emerald is a medium to medium-deep slightly bluish green, transparent to semi-transparent, with moderate to heavy inclusions visible throughout that do not threaten the durability of the stone. The cabochon rubies are medium to medium-deep pinkish red, heavily included with some surface-reaching inclusions and abrasions at the facet junctions visible under magnification. The diamonds are approximately G-H color, predominantly VS clarity. Diameter approximately 1 7/8 inches. Signed on the reverse on the pinbridge. Accompanied by AGL report no. CS 61792 stating that the emerald is of Colombian origin, clarity enhancement: minor to moderate, type: traditional.
