Description
- David Webb
- gold, emerald, diamond
Composed of 14 strands of cultured pearls measuring approximately 3.2 to 3.0 mm, terminating in a tiger's head set with round diamonds weighing approximately 4.35 carats, accented by round and marquise-shaped emeralds, further decorated with black enamel stripes, length 7 inches, signed Webb.
Condition
In good condition. Enamel is intact with only a few light scratches visible under close inspection. The round cultured pearls have a creamy white body color with strong rose and green overtones, good luster and minute blemishing with examples of pitting and wrinkled skins, not evident when worn. The diamonds are approximately G-H color, predominantly VS clarity. The emeralds are medium-light slightly bluish green, moderately to heavily included with examples of surface-reaching inclusions and abrasions at the facet junctions. Comfortable upon wear, best fitting small to medium wrists. Length can be slightly adjusted by twisting the pearls tighter.
