The necklace composed of ten quatrefoils set with turquoise, suspending a larger turquoise quatrefoil pendant, length 16 inches, signed V.C.A., numbered BL 16279, with French assay and workshop marks; the pendant signed VCA, numbered BL 72462; with earclips of similar design, signed VCA, numbered BU 0939. With two signed pouches.

Condition

In good condition. The turquoise segments are a medium to medium-light slightly greenish blue, with no readily apparent matrix or mottling. The later added pendant hangs from the back of the necklace and can easily be removed for alternate wear. Necklace signed and numbered on the first quatrefoil next to the male end of the clasp. Total gross weight approximately 21 dwts. Please note that the earclips are numbered BU 0939, not BU 72462 as noted in the printed catalogue.
