Condition
The work was not examined out of the frame. There is surface dirt throughout, especially at the edges. Spots of foxing and discoloration are scattered throughout each sheet. Rippling and small nicks in each sheet at the edges. Drinkers: repaired loss at lower right corner. Chemist: loss lower left corner; hard crease lower right. Ready to hang.

The present works are from a sketchbook of 62 drawings dated 1704. Galdy Galleries commissioned a facsimile of the sketchbook, lithographed in Canada by Swiss Print Incorporated, Toronto (see Literature).
