Condition
Brass with some lifting, dents, and areas of restoration throughout. Leather seats and backrests with scratches, dents, stains, and abrasions. All chairs with scattered areas of infill, patches, scratches, and small chips and losses. The mounts with some rubbing and surface dirt. One armchair with break to lower part of front left leg and upper part of same leg; restored cracks to knee of front right leg. One armchair with restored break to left stile at join with backrest. One side chair with restorations to right front knee; one mount missing from the side of knee. One side chair with one side knee mount lacking. One side chair with a 2 inch section of brass inlay at right knee loose, needs securing. One side chair with side knee mount loose, recommend securing.
