Overall good condition; caning replaced; back left leg with old repaired break at join with second step tread and is stable; leather treads probably replaced but most likely 19th century and with usual scratches and bruises but in stable condition; bottom of the front left leg replaced; nice surface and color to the mahogany; sturdy and with usual minor nicks, bruises and wear to extremities.
