Overall good condition; the cabinet in good restored condition retaining the majority of its original decoration with nice tiny craquelure throughout consistent with age and use; the surface appears to have a clear lacquer or finish to protect the painted decoration; each door with a vertical age crack with some infilling and old inpainting and some minor losses; the stand is sturdy and in fair restored condition with extensive restorations to the gesso and gilding throughout; some large chips to the gesso visible in the catalogue illustration; the top edge of the stand at the front right side with a large chip; the front bracket to the top of the front right leg with a large chip; some large chips to the edges of the legs.
