Condition

Overall in very good original condition. The aluminium portion of the design with minor surface scratches, discoloration and surface dirt to the recessed portions of the design, consistent with age and gentle use. A few scattered edge nicks concentrated to one edge of the arched portion of the base. The fastening hardware on the base appear later. The Bakelite top is in very good condition with a few minute surface scratches and a few minute edge flecks to the lower edge. There are two minute edge losses to the top and bottom of one corner. A wonderful rare work that epitomizes the design aesthetic of the American modern look.
