Condition

Please note, this work is glazed terracotta and not earthenware as stated in the printed catalogue. The surfaces with a few minor irregularities, including minute burst air bubbles, inherent to the material and production. With light surface dirt from gentle use. The body of the sculpture has been restored, around the base and around the tail of the sculpture up to the mid portion of the interior. The exterior and with areas of restoration to each of the extremities at the top of the figure, as seen in the catalogue illustration. A wonderfully abstract and dynamic shape with a highly detailed glaze.
