Condition
Very good overall original condition. The eggshell surface is in excellent condition showcasing the intricate craftsmanship of this technique. The eggshell with a few minor irregularities inherent to the technique. The surface of the lacquer portion of the table presents with two minor edge chips, one to the bottom longer edge of the top, the other to the lower portion to the interior of one leg. The corners of the top with a few very minute chips, consistent with age and gentle use. An extraordinary table displaying large scale and extraordinary detail in the eggshell technique.
